I don’t know how others take this scene, personally I don’t find it painful to watch at all because it reminds me too much of Cartman in Smug Alert.

And I’d love to know how a what if scenario with Kyle not having to go to Somalia to retrieve Ike would go, days and days with no Cartman around, would he enjoy it or would he find out that lack of normality he claims is Cartman’s fault (cus you neeever happen to partake in anything abnormal right Kyle?) is boring?

That’s exactly what would happen too.

Also, I like to point out that Cartman is usually the person Kyle hangs out with if it’s not Stan, so I’m sure he’d definitely miss Cartman and want him back. I think the other two would feel the same way too. No one is South Park challenges Kyle like Cartman does and to be honest, I think because of Cartman, Kyle learned more about himself and also gained thick skin from facing fatasses many bias ways. So in a way, Cartman helped Kyle love himself more haha

I think Kyle knows this and that’s why he still hasn’t given up on Cartman. Yeah, he hates how fucked up Cartman can be and will not be pleasant when it comes to calling him out on his bullshit, but deep down, he knows that he cares about the fat asshole so yeah, he’d miss him.

I mean honestly,if Kyle didn’t care about Cartman and wanted him dead/gone for good, he wouldn’t have woken up early in the morning just to make sure Cartman was safe and in bed. He wouldn’t have gave a fuck about Cartman’s health when he wanted to make money off of him. He fucking wouldn’t have stopped ignoring him once he saw Cartman do something good or the many other times Cartman has fucked him over. That can be said for Cartman as well (Thanks to Smug Alert) but that’s for another time lol

And I know this may sound silly, but I’m not sure if Butters wold miss him, surprisingly, because he is a wishy washy kind of guy when it comes to Cartman. But I don’t know, Butters is such a weirdo lol

This kinda brings up a conversation that I was gonna mention (if I remembered) when we got to Raising The Bar. I remember in one of my reblogs a year or so ago, someone reblogged a gifset of Kyle’s generosity when freeing Cartman from those chains. And someone’s response was, “That’s just Kyle being decent, it’s not ammo for ur fake ass ship,”

I mean that’s an ok argument, if you’re not taking into account the fact that Kyle capitalized on the suffering of baby’s crack addiction for some money. Then he doesn’t really seem that decent.

And also take into account the fact that, in Raising The Bar, a very similar situation where he could’ve used Cartman’s unhealthy lifestyle to make money, he was much more resistant to take advantage of it.

I mean, there’s not really a rule of decency that says “prioritize someone you hate over babies.” So you can’t really take that route. But I find it pretty interesting that inadvertently, Kyle cared more about Cartman, someone who he apparently hates, over a bunch of babies he was making money off of.

I couldn’t make something in time for Valentine’s Day, but I didn’t forget about it, I swear! D:

I hope you all had a great time by yourself, with friends, or with your special someone!

Here, have a Cartman getting turned down for the 764th time for this amazing occasion. B)
