This claims to be a troll blog and they bail on the conversation when I don’t agree with trigger warnings. Just another example of censorship in a website where people think they’re important enough to represent ‘suffering groups of people’. Where are they though? This is America where the only person you have the grounds to speak for is yourself. And if people get triggered by things on the internet, they need therapy, not a social justice warrior to comfort them and teach them how to censor things they don’t agree with.
You’re fighting for the right to be a pussy and not hear opinions you don’t like.
Hate speech isn’t real it’s not a crime to have an opinion other people don’t like. It’s not a crime to say “this person has interesting qualities as a character despite his past and his flaws”. That’s called an opinion. If you don’t like it block me, block the tags, censor yourself from seeing it. But you don’t have the right to censor me from having that opinion or liking the things I like. This is America. Deal with it or get the fuck out.

When we introduced this “it triggers Jews” argument to our friend who is also Jewish, she said “The generation that it would trigger isn’t even on the Internet.” And thought nothing more of it.
