People prefer not to see them that way, despite the fact that they literally need medical attention consistently in order to survive. Dysphoric individuals are incredibly suicidal without the right help, and often times even then.
People getting insulted by this notion need to follow their own logic better if they view being called mentally ill as an automatic insult.
Some people are mentally ill and they need to be treated. That’s just how it is and I feel for them.
I don’t get how people can be something different than straight, bi, or gay/lesbian. You either like female parts, male parts, or both. I don’t understand how people can complicate it. (I’m not including asexual or aromatics they do exist tho)
