No, but I also love the idea of Cartman forcibly removing Kyle from the situation. Like as soon as Kyle unleashes unimaginable terror (puns & knock-knock jokes) Cartman would just drag him away like, “Oh my fucking Christ, I’m so sorry, he’s just fucking-… Christ, I’m so fucking sorry.”
Now whether Kyle is just doing it to be a little shit or whether he genuinely thinks his jokes are actually funny, I’ll leave that up to you. 😉

So I was looking through some of your analysis and I found you saying that you wanted their to be an episode of cartman having to save kyle from Scott tendorman. I know that was an old post, but could you explain how you want it to happen? Or even just say you don’t want the episode anymore. Cause I want that episode to happen too
Welllll… it’d be a little tough to pull together because Scott Tenorman has been learning everything about Cartman, and figures that no one person except his Mom is valuable to him. But hey, they made an episode where Cartman confessed his love to Kyle plausible, so anything’s possible.
But Scott Tenorman could devise a plan to get rid of Kyle because he’s Cartman’s ‘play thing,’ and if Kyle’s not around Cartman would get really bored and become miserable without him.
He uses this as a ploy for a hostage situation and Cartman pretends to not care, but over time he gets more and more miserable because he keeps trying to make jew jokes but no one is around to get mad at him for it.
The B plot would also have to include Kyle having something of value for the rest of the town. So while Scott Tenorman is trying to draw out Cartman by broadcasting on live TV, the town is also going nuts because Kyle has something they all consider valuable. Like maybe he has the last copy of the star wars platinum edition or some stupid shit
Meanwhile, Scott is trying to taunt Kyle, but it’s been days and Kyle thinks he’s bluffing so he just keeps continuously roasting Scott and pissing him off. Scott at the last second pulls out a jagged knife or some shit and points it at Kyle’s neck, threatening him for the final time.
At the last second Cartman fires a gunshot at Scott, knocking the knife out of his hand. And he’s like, “No one’s gonna kill Kyle before I do.”
And Scott just goes, “Well, he’s right there, tied up. You could shoot him right now.”
Cartman just stares at Scott for a few seconds, and is like “…Maybe later.”
And then Cartman either finishes Scott off or Scott makes an escape, and then the whole town cheers and calls him a hero for saving their mint condition star wars platinum edition blu ray or whatever.
And Kyle is very annoyed because the town is full of idiots, but there’d be icing on top if Kyle and Cartman had a cute moment at the end in the form of a punchline.

Hi! I love all of your episode and character analyses, they’re fantastic! I have a question for you. How would you feel if Matt and Trey had Cartman become consciously aware that he has romantic feelings for Kyle (probably through Cupid-Me somehow, since he seems to be Cartman’s way of coming to terms with his subconscious romantic/sexual feelings) in one of the upcoming seasons? Also, if he did become aware of those feelings, how do you think would he process/handle them?
If Cartman became consciously aware of his feelings for Kyle it would definitely be fucking amazing, but I’d be worried because it could potentially change their dynamic. It could either be for the better or for the worse.
I think it could be strongly hinted at to the audience that Cartman has these feelings though, and just be in complete denial about it. If anything Cartman would do some very blatantly gay shit (something that tops all the other gay shit that he’s done) and Stan would point out how gay it is and Cartman would just brush it off.
Best case scenario would be Cartman subconsciously but clearly having a crush on Kyle, but being in absolute denial about it. And the go to method of trying to deal with these feelings is taking it out on Kyle, creating schemes to piss him off or get away from him.
