Well, Cartman admires Kyle as this untouchable thing that he doesn’t want to hurt, but just can’t stay away from. He loves the attention and obsession Kyle gives him when he sends him “love notes,” so he pretty much gets enough of his thrills from that for now.

Aside from that he’s kissed Kyle in his sleep before and gotten off in his bed, but he hasn’t revealed himself directly to Kyle. He drops heavy hints that he’s around all the time though.
